The Over 55’s Well Being Project comprises a wide range of activities, e.g. Arabic & Qur’an classes, health awareness sessions, sauna sessions, supervised gym activities, swimming sessions, social gatherings, etc.. There are also excursions to places of interest, in, around and outside London. The program of events is tabled at the start of each year and participants (men and women) are encouraged to come on a regular basis.
