Assalamu alaykum,
Here is Al Manaar's Prayer Timetable 1432 available to download and from the Centre's reception.
We are publishing the statements in Arabic and English of the Co-Ordinating Commitee as regards the unified prayer timetable and it is available to download here.
Assalamu alaykum,
Signing the Friday Khutbah
A female representative from Muslim Deaf UK will be in the Women’s Prayer Hall at the Centre on Friday 24 November, 2011 during the Friday Khutbah (Sermon) from 12.15pm to 1.45pm to translate the English section of the Khutbah into sign language for those who are deaf or have hearing difficulties. After the Friday Prayers have finished, she will be in the Education Room from 1.30pm to 3.30pm, with other members of Muslim Deaf UK, to communicate more detail of the Khutbah to men and women from the deaf community.
We are working with Muslim Deaf UK to ensure that future Friday Khutbahs are signed by men and women in the men’s and women’s Prayer Halls respectively.
Social and Educational Club
As previously announced, Muslim Deaf UK will shortly be starting a social and educational club here at the Centre on Mondays and Tuesdays in the evening from 6.45pm to 9pm in Conference Hall 1. We will make announcement when those classes are to start. Ahead of that, you can contact Muslim Deaf UK or Al Manaar for more details.
