Application forms are available from Friday 5 August, 2011 from this website or from the Reception. You can also request a copy from info@mchc.org.uk.

Insh'Allah, we will make decisions on places by Sunday 14 August 2011. You may like to know however that, in the past, some places have been awarded at the last minute and during the 10 days itself so it is worth registering even after 12 August and putting your name on a waiting list.

There are 20 places awarded on the basis of clear criteria (and not "first come, first served"):

Firstly, at least 2 places will be reserved for those who have given outstanding service to the Centre during the year.

Secondly, at least 5 places will be reserved for those who have not done E’etikaf before.

Thirdly, at least 10 places will be reserved for those who are locally based.

If there are more applicants than places, selection will be made by Quora’ (a randomized selection process).

Those offered a place on the Programme are invited to pay a non-returnable £25 (£5 for those on Income Support) towards costs.
